Why would I want a vasectomy?
Vasectomy puts you in control. We can choose the number of children that we want, and stick with that number. After a vasectomy, we can enjoy a healthy sex life without worrying about more children.
Does vasectomy change my erections?
No. During a vasectomy, we only snip the tubes that carry the sperm. This is very different from the big vessels and nerves that generate erections. After a vasectomy, the penis works just like before. We men who have had a vasectomy are “snipped, but still equipped.”
